Step No' 2: We Register your Company with the State Government and follow-up untill your company is approved.
Do I need to register my company with the state?
Yes, you do. The first step to incorporate your company and get it ready to run your business is the registration with the state government. You will need to file a company formation application which includes articles of organization or articles of incorporation (depending on the business type) and in most states you need to attach a registered agent acceptance form signed by the agent.

Step No' 3: Obtaining your EIN (Employer Identification Number, also known as - Tax ID Number or Federal Identification Tax Number) from the IRS (Internal Revenue Service).
What is EIN?
An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number, and it is used to identify a business entity. EIN is issued by the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) which is the U.S. Federal Tax Office. The EIN is made up of nine digits and is formatted as XX-XXXXXXX (example: 12-3456789).
Do I Need EIN?
Generally, businesses need an EIN. You must have EIN if you meet one of the following criteria:
1. You want to open a U.S. Bank Account
2. You will have U.S. employees
3. You will have physical presence in the U.S. (office, warehouse, fulfillment facility, etc.')
Can I Get EIN for my U.S. Company as a Non U.S. Resident?
The short answer is - yes you can. The long answer is - yes you can but it is complicated because you don't have a U.S. Social Security Number and you don't have a U.S. Residency Address. The procedure to obtain EIN for a Non-US-Citizen is different than a US-Citizen and takes longer.
