How long does it take, to open U.S. company and bank account?

After the company is opened - EIN (Tax ID Number) processing:

For a U.S. Resident / U.S. Citizen:

For a Non U.S. Resident / U.S. Citizen:

Standard processing time: EIN processing: 45-60 days (depending on the IRS)

Expedite processing time: EIN processing: 14 days (on average)

After we obtain your EIN - Bank Account application:

Normal processing time Bank account: 7-10 days once the application has been submitted to the bank account partner. Depending on the quality of your application and the processing time of the bank you applied with.
