What to Consider Before Applying

You must have a registered U.S. company (LLC or Corporation) and a Tax ID Number (EIN) to be eligible for a **** bank account. **** cannot open accounts for sole proprietors or trusts, or businesses in certain categories: money services, adult entertainment, marijuana and gambling industries.


Required Application Documents


Your company formation document
This is what is on file with the Secretary of State where you're registered in the US.

**** cannot accept companies that are formed outside of the US.

Your IRS-issued EIN document
We can accept Form CP575, Form 147c, or a completed SS-4. If you are submitting a SS-4, please ensure it is not just the application, but the returned version from the IRS.

Photo ID

US government ID or International Passport
We will need this for each founder or majority owner of the company.

Company Website - Important Tips:

 

Also, To be approved by the U.S. bank, and successfully pass the bank’s due diligence process you to have your company's Website / Online Store in English.

Very important note – 

we need to show a professional looking website with as much information as possible, so the bank will see that you have a legitimate and serious business and approve your new account application.

​

The website is what the bank sees first about you and your business. The more professional and detailed the website is, the better is the bank’s first impression.

Which information is the bank looking for in a website?

a.    Description of your company: 250-300 words describing what exactly does your company do, what is the main focus of the company, etc…

ABC, LLC is an e-commerce company specializing in digital gadgets and appliances for the U.S. market. Our best seller is i-sleeper, the leading sleeping system that combine advanced earphones and message pillow. We focus on the U.S. and European markets.

Make sure business description is clear and describes your services or products. It’s important to show the bank that you are planning to market your products or services to U.S. customers, or already have U.S. customers.

After you install the app on your cell phone, you will be asked to set up an account with your email and cell phone number and verify it using a 6 digits code

You will then receive another 6 digits code to enter in Step 3 of the security set up screen. Once done you will receive backup code, which you should copy and paste to keep in a secured location:

Now – you can start the next step (which is setting up account security and setting up the debit card), or wait for the bank to review your application first.
